How many years warranty?
The manufacturer gives one year warranty for all automatic washing machines (СМА) - this date is established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. On the technique you can get additional guarantee for 10 years - on the motors of washing machines.
The manufacturer offers customers an expanded NEFF service. To do this, you need to issue a program certificate. Then the owners of the AGR are entitled to two-year free service in the post-warranty period - after one year. You can purchase a certificate at any time - until the one-year warranty has ended. The cost of the certificate is approximately 2.5 thousand rubles per year and 3 thousand rubles for 2 years. The program starts immediately after the end of the factory warranty.

The company advises trusting the installation and connection of the device to the masters of authorized service centers. If the work is carried out incorrectly and if the AGR suffers, then the case will be out of warranty - the owner will have to troubleshoot at his own expense.
About warranty service conditions
The manufacturer requires the user:
- Use the equipment as intended. If the washer is used as a professional technique for commercial purposes, then its owner will lose the right to free maintenance.
- The owner of the malfunctioning Neff washing machine purchased less than a year ago must provide a warranty card to the service - the date and serial number of the goods must be indicated on it.
- Follow operating instructions. Any violation of the rules set forth in the instructions will lead to a refusal of warranty service.
- A type plate must be present on the product - it must be maintained throughout the entire service life.
- Household AGRs cannot be used for business purposes.
If the service department determines that the breakdown is caused by a violation of the operating rules after the goods have been sold, free services will not be provided. Who or what exactly spoiled the device - the owner, private master, power surge or natural disaster, the user is still responsible for this. And repair in this case will be paid.
Do not think that if your washing machine has broken down to a year old, then the manufacturer must repair it for free, there are a lot of reasons because of which you may be refused. Actions or situations that may cause refusal:
- The device was transported in violation of transportation rules.
- The rules of storage and operation were violated.
- Someone repaired, interfered in the design of the AGR. Only authorized service centers are entitled to do so.
- The device is damaged due to natural disasters - floods, fires, other natural and man-made disasters.
- Foreign objects, rodents, insects, etc., entering the apparatus.
- Instability of the mains parameters leading to breakdown.
